The first magic show in Australia.
Last night was my first time to perform magic in Australia.
It's fantastic even though the audiences are Australians, not Asians.
Before the gig, I wonder if my performance could be accepted by the Australians.
Anyway, we have totally different culture. I felt a little bit nervous before the gig.
Thus, I wrote down the scripts spoken to the gig and asked a friend who has lived in Sydney for more than ten years to help me correct it.
Thanks God, it worked. The tricks and the scripts worked pretty well. The outcome was even better than I expected.
I think that "humor" is a common language used by all races in the world.
Not many Taiwanese people could have this kind of experience. Therefore, I feel grateful and treasure the experience.
God bless me to have more chances to perform and all this could contribute to a happier society.

在雪梨高級夜店表演魔術經驗分享
上周末順利在雪梨最棒的夜店之一表演魔術。
在澳洲人的派對表演，這個特別的經驗，是在朋友介紹之下，到位於中央車站附近，號稱Surry Hills最好的夜店The White Horse表演西洋魔術。(http://www.thewhitehorse.com.au/)
現場反應比預期的還High。蠻不錯的。
本來有點擔心種族文化和語言的障礙，畢竟很多梗用英語很難表現，像中文的雙關用法在英語就找不到對應的詞可用，只能和顧問討論，設法用別的詞代替。
不過反應不錯，看來「幽默」，是全世界共通的語言呵。
雖然不同人種膚色、外貌可能相差許多，但血液裡喜歡歡笑、溫馨、輕鬆、幽默都是相同的。
派對的Host Jessica本身也是雪梨大學學生會的幹部，看她像個花蝴蝶周旋整場忙著招呼賓客，而到場的來賓個個奇裝異服、花枝招展，有異形、也有仙女等等的造型，感覺澳洲人還蠻喜歡辦換裝派對的，挺有趣味。
也要謝謝室友和同學們的幫助，雖然只是一小場表演，但卻是我在澳洲一個小小的里程碑，有特殊的意義。
呼！表演完，感覺又重新活過來了。
活著真好~
其實我不只會魔術，還會變臉，說起來好笑，當我一踏上澳洲的土地，我就成為澳洲數一數二的變臉表演者了--因為沒有別的兢爭對手。
不過，光是在某個領域最厲害還不夠，還要會賣才有用，麥當勞的漢堡不是最好吃的，卻是賣的最成功的，這已經不光是技術，更是管理和行銷。
再來也要再接再勵，不負眾人期望。
畢竟有能力在澳洲表演的華人魔術師不多。這不只是技巧，還有語言文化的考量。
